Producer licensing
Insurance products described or offered on this site are sold only by licensed insurance producers. Where FindGroupHealth acts as your agent of record, the individual producer's name, state license number(s), and appointed carriers are disclosed to you before any application is taken.
Licensing in progress
California Life-Only, Accident & Health producer license: application pending with the California Department of Insurance. Until licensure and carrier appointments are complete, quote requests are referred — with your explicit consent — to a named, licensed partner broker, whose license details are provided at handoff. License numbers will be published here the day they are issued.
Errors & Omissions coverage is maintained for all producers acting as agent of record through this site.
Required disclosures
- FindGroupHealth.com is a privately operated website. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to HealthCare.gov, the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), Covered California, or any other government agency. Official government marketplace information is available at HealthCare.gov.
- Group formation features are community and demand-aggregation tools. They are not an offer, solicitation, or sale of insurance, do not create an association health plan, and do not guarantee any group rate or coverage outcome.
- Proposed federal legislation referenced on this site (H.R. 6703; S. 1847 / H.R. 2528) has not been enacted. Descriptions of what those bills would allow are forward-looking and not a description of currently available products.
- Plans that cannot underwrite based on health status are identified as such; no marketing on this site should be read as promising medically underwritten group rates for individuals.
- FindGroupHealth is not a Professional Employer Organization (PEO) and does not provide co-employment services.
TCPA consent policy
Every lead form on this site names the single, specific seller who may contact you, and your consent applies to that seller only. We hold ourselves to this one-to-one standard as a best practice even though the FCC rule that would have required it was vacated before taking effect (Insurance Marketing Coalition v. FCC, 11th Cir. 2025) — CMS's separate Medicare marketing rules, stricter state telemarketing laws, and our partners' own standards still demand it. We do not obtain blanket consent for multiple marketers, and we do not sell your contact information to lead aggregators.
Consent is never a condition of purchase. You may revoke consent at any time by replying STOP to any text, telling the caller, or emailing [email protected] — honored consistent with the FCC's consent-revocation rule (effective April 2025). Consent records — including timestamp, form language, and the named seller — are retained for a minimum of two years and made available to regulators on request.
Privacy policy (summary)
We treat everything you share as sensitive. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We collect only what's needed to find and compare plans, form groups, and comply with insurance regulations.
California residents: under the CCPA/CPRA you have the right to know what personal information we hold, request its deletion, correct it, and opt out of its sale or sharing. Exercise any of these rights by emailing [email protected]. We honor Global Privacy Control signals.
A complete privacy policy with data categories, retention periods, and processor lists will be published with counsel review before any insurance business is written on this site.
Terms of service (summary)
Content on this site is educational and is not legal, tax, or benefits advice for your specific situation. Plan availability, prices, and subsidy eligibility are determined by carriers, regulators, and marketplaces — not by this site. Sample rates are illustrative until confirmed by a licensed agent.
By using group formation features you agree to provide accurate information and to use member communications only for group organizing, not commercial solicitation. Complete terms will be published with counsel review prior to launch.
